Location of the guest house

Located high up 3km south of Beauraing, Wancennes is one of the most authentic villages in Wallonia and one of the best kept secrets of our region. Indeed, few cars cross the paths leading to this bucolic hill.

Typical of the Calestienne (a long limestone strip of the Famenne which borders the northern slope of the Ardennes plateau), Wancennes is just a main road, rue du Chapy. Large long farmhouses and stone, timber, limestone and half-timbered houses and an 18th century church with a bulbous bell tower, testify to a peaceful life in the village and a taste for the preservation of a Walloon heritage .

Wancennes is a place of rest, where you can relax and start walks in the woods around.
